My testimony- God is faithful

Hello sweet,
I hope you are doing well. How's this season going with you?

Don't forget that you can always connect with me personally at any point in time, should you need help or counsel concerning any life issue.

Yaay, so my birthday is this month..(singing and dancing) and since the 1st of May, I started a look back and thanksgiving journaling. It's being amazing. God's faithfulness has been made so glaring to me again. God is good. I can say that over and over again.

Since the journaling began, I have shared some very powerful testimonies to the faithfulness of God. Today, I like to share some with you as well, because you are my special people.

Story Alert!!!

First, let me start with how God gave me a first class in my bachelor's degree.

Sometimes, in 400 level, I started desiring to graduate with a first class honours. I was quite close to it and I thought that it would be a very good thing, especially since my dream job was to teach in a University.

I calculated my CGPA and I realized that if I
could have all As in my final year results (that is, both first and second semester). I would hit a 4.5 on the dot. In my University, a first class begins from 4.5.

I decided to give it a shot.

About the same period, I was praying in my room one day when God dropped a scripture in my spirit. It was the scripture where God told Solomon to ask him for anything.

At Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon in a dream by night; and God said, “Ask! What shall I give you?”
I Kings 3:5 NKJV

I perceived the Lord giving me a blank cheque to ask him for anything I wanted. There and then, I asked the Lord for a first class.

First semester started. I tried as much as I could to be diligent with my studies, though I was also quiet busy with some extracurricular activities.

Remember, I needed all As in my first and second semester to hit a 4.5 on the dot.

I wrote the first semester examination. I must confess; I did not have an 'A' feeling after each exam. When the results came out however, I had all As. 'Wow, this can only be God', I exclaimed. There and then, I decided to give it a shot as well for the second semester.

Second semester examinations also came and went. Same feelings as first semester, but I kept on trusting God for the best.

When the results came out, guess what?

I had 6As and 1B. That brought me to a CGPA of 4.48.

I was really pained. I asked God, 'Why would you bring me this far, to disgrace me?' Wouldn't it have been better to graduate with a 4.3something CGPA than a 4.48?

Immediately after, God gave me a word from Isaiah 43:19.

Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.
Isaiah 43:19 NKJV

' He said He would break protocols for my sake and shift grounds because of me (30th March, 2012).

Every single day, I would check my University portal to see if the CGPA had changed or not. I was actually expecting a kind of supernatural overnight changečśé.

After some months, I suddenly remembered that there was a course we were not supposed to do in my department and we mistakenly registered for it. I had a grade C in that course.

Immediately I remembered, I visited my level adviser to bring it to his attention. He agreed with me that the course should be removed, since we were not supposed to do it.

On removing the course, CGPA changed to 4.5.

God gave me a 4.5 CGPA. God was faithful to his word. He ensured that He brought His word to pass. He watched over his word to bring it to manifestation. Indeed God is faithful.

I hope this is an encouragement to someone.

More testimonies coming!!!

Love you loads.
